Today’s post is a product empties post. They’re mostly skincare items since that’s what I go through quickest. I have several mascaras that I have finished as well but I’m going to save them for a mascara round up post that I will write soon!
The most recent product that I finished is the Origins A Perfect World Antioxidant Cleanser with White Tea. It’s a gel based cleanser that lightly foams up when you use it. It leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean without any tightness however, it does sting if it goes into your eyes. While I think this is a good cleanser it didn’t wow me by any means. I also didn’t enjoy dealing with the stinging eyes. There are so many cleansers out there and I love trying new ones so I won’t be repurchasing this one any time soon.
The second Origins product that I finished was the Origins Super Spot Remover. I have repurchased this product over and over again. It is a gel product that you apply directly onto your spots. My spots are always less inflamed the next day and it helps speed up the process of getting rid of them. In my opinion, this product is more effective on whiteheads in comparison to the deep, painful under the skin type of pimples. It is sticky on application but this disappears once the product dries. This small bottle lasts for ages as well. Will I repurchase this? Of course!
The next couple of products featured in my Lush Round up post here. I finished my Lush Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner and travel sized Lush Rose Jam. I absolutely love both products which both have a light rose scent. Rose Jam lathers nicely and doesn’t dry out your skin and Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner is one of those products that is perfect on pamper evenings. It leaves your skin feeling soft, smooth and moisturised. You don’t need to moisturise after using it so that’s great news for lazy moisturisers like me! Unlike Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner, Rose Jam is seasonal and only available around this time of year so I would go check this out if you’re interested. I would definitely repurchase both products.
The last product is the Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser’s Primer from their Invisible Oil range. This product smells absolutely amazing. It aims to soften, detangle and de-frizz your hair as well as protecting it against heat and UV. I sprayed this onto my hair before using my hairdryer or styling tools. It makes my hair smooth and shiny, but the best thing about it is that it doesn’t weigh my hair down. Some sort of heat protectant is important for me because I use a hairdryer every time I wash my hair since I shower at night. I would repurchase this product and this little bottle lasted for a few months!
